The updates seem endless as Nick Lachey attended another
event. This time it’s the grand opening of the American Company Bistro in Las Vegas.

As many of you may already know Nick Lachey and Ashley Tisdale did a bit of co-hosting for a Christmas event at the Rockefeller Center a few days ago. After doing a quick search, I found the video of this particular event.
2007: A "REBUILDING" YEAR
Reported on Sunday, November 18, 2007 Nick Lachey, who celebrated his 34th birthday with girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo in Las Vegas on Wednesday, says that 2007 has been a year of "rebuilding."
"I don't think you can get much worse than the year before," he tells Extra. "[The year] 2007 has been a rebuilding year for me ... music, studio, learning things about who I am as a man."
The singer famously broke up with ex-wife Jessica Simpson in November 2005 – and their divorce was finalized in December 2006.
But Lachey is not lamenting that he went through hard times. "Any time you learn and grow it’s an exciting time," he says.
Plus, Lachey has been able to draw on past heartbreak for his
career. "As an artist it's our responsibility to draw on whatever we
are going through," he says. "There have been some great albums that
come out of heartbreaking times … my last album."
Now he says he's working on a new album and is "excited to get that out in 2008."
NICK LACHEY TO OPEN EATERY
Reported on Saturday, September 15, 2007 Move over, Jamie Oliver, Rachael Ray and Gordon Ramsay: Nick Lachey, Nicky Hilton and Wilmer Valderrama are also jumping into the kitchen.
"We're doing a restaurant in [Las] Vegas, called The Company, in the Luxor hotel," Valderrama, 27, told PEOPLE at Monday's John Varvatos show for New York's Fashion Week.
"It's a steak house," added the actor. "Really great. It's going to be really special for Vegas, a different flavor."
By that, Valderrama says he is referring to the "architecture, the chef, the vibe of the restaurant. There's a lot of great restaurants in Vegas, but this is exciting because it's a different branding, kind of next generation type things."
As for partnering with Lachey, 33, and Hilton, 23, he says, "Nick and I started talking about doing some stuff together, and Nicky's always been really sweet. Then we started talking to ... PURE [nightclub] management, and they gave me the opportunity to be part of this one."

There was at least one big star on the riverfront Sunday afternoon who was giving out some big money. Cincinnati's
own Nick Lachey teamed up with Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions and
other sponsors to raise $150,000 for Purcell Marian High School's
practice field and the School For the Creative and Performing Arts,
Lachey's alma mater.
"I think going to that school is the
reason I'm in show business to begin with," Lachey said on Sunday. "And
it really is the reason I have such a passion for music and for
performing, so I can't say enough great things about my experience at
SCPA."
What a shock! Could it be that Star! Magazine publishes low credibility articles? I would say so as People.com releases their version of Nick Lachey's relationship with Vanessa Minnillo. She doesn't hesitate when asked what makes Nick Lachey a great boyfriend.
"He's very supportive," Minnillo told PEOPLE Wednesday following an autograph session in New Jersey to launch her makeup line, Flirt. "He's here to support me."
Of her relationship with Lachey, who attended the two-plus hour appearance but stayed out of sight, Minnillo added, "I'm very grateful."
Minnillo says that she and Nick, who in April moved in together in New York, work out together with a trainer to keep fit and healthy. "I do a lot of reps," she says. "I don't want to bulk up."...(Read more by clicking on article title)
MISSION : MAN BAND

Nick Lachey’s old partner from the 98 Degrees, Jeff Timmons, has teamed up with Chris K. (NSync), Rich C. (LFO), and Bryan A. (Color Me Badd) to form a new band called “Sureshot”. Prior to their potential release, the group has been challenged to let the reality show, “Mission: Man Band”, determine the future of their careers. The show will air Mondays, beginning August 6th @ 10pm/9pm central on VH1. Additionally, Electric Artists Co. have requested our fan site to assist in promotion as exclusive coverage of Mission: Man Band is now available.

Hello everyone! I've never been one to be especially savvy on the computer, but I thought I'd give this whole "blogging" thing a try. I hope this can be a way for me to stay closer to all of my fans who have so faithfully supported me for so long. I promise you all that this will be written by me and only me and will hopefully give everyone a little more insight into not only my career, but who I am as well. Let me start by saying thank you. I know it's said all the time and sometimes feels a little predictable, but I really do thank all of you. The support I received on the last album and tour was incredible and a real dream come true for me. That album was a very important project for me both personally and professionally and you all made it happen.
So, what have I been doing since? Well, I'm back in the studio again working on the next project. Every time you go into the studio, there is degree of uncertainty to it. I never know how things are going to go, what I'm going to feel like writing about, what kind of musical direction things will take, etc. so far, I am incredibly excited about where this next project is going. There is an energy to the writing right now which is truly awesome. I can't wait for you all to hear it. I'm hoping to have a new single out by the end of the year and an album out by early 2008. It feels like that's a long way off, but it'll be here before you know it. I also want to apologize to those of you who were planning on coming to some of the concerts that were scheduled for this July. Unfortunately, the concert in New Jersey was cancelled and so we decided to postpone the others until the new CD is done. I know a lot of you came and saw the last tour and I want to give you all an even better show the next time around.
Anyway, it's going to be a very exciting fall and I can't wait to get it started! Hope to see you all very soon.
